For those in the know about talking GI Joes. Can the speeded up talkers be fixed? Got one today in a estate sale and it's really clean and the body is in great shape. Only bad thing is that the talker sounds like he's on speed. Anyone have a tip on how to fix it? Thanks.

Yeah, most times you can slow down (or speed up, whatever is required) the voice by working on the padding that regulates the speed at which the wheels spin in the sound box. There are guys who work on talkers. You can find some on ebay or on various GI Joe forums.
