    Lone Ranger restring tips

As the title of the post says, I have a 1973Lone Ranger Im trying to get into riding shape . Any tips on getting this job moving along ?? He is currently having issues in his lower extremities and it looks extremely painful . Tonto is currently standing in as Lone Ranger but I think the braided hair and " Me gonna shootem up " comments are a dead giveaway . Thanks in advance !

I'm going to pay attention to this Thread. I have a couple of Lone Ranger items, but only one figure: Tonto. I also have one extremely loose figure in need of restringing, but I have been too lazy/disinterested to even investigate if it is from this line or not. If no useful response is forthcoming, I might consider figuring out what I own and possibly even addressing your query.

A member posted excellent step by step illustrated instructions on his website,
but I no longer have the link.

Anyone want to claim credit for this?

Apparently, I have Butch Cavendish from the Lone Ranger line. Although I can reinvent the wheel, I need to see what links are NOT being posted above. Hmmm...

Here's what I found when I Googled it. It has step by step directions.

Need a Butch Cavendish head if anyone has an extra one for sale or trade.

When I do mine I don't cut torso with blade but use needle nose pliers and force tthe 2 parts apart.
