MOC Star Wars Vinyl-Cape Jawa

Hi, I'm hoping for a little guidance. I have a client with a handful of MOC original-run Star Wars cards, including a VC Jawa. He originally had two of them, and I sold one of them a couple of years ago (to a collector in Australia). My client is interested in finally selling the second specimen — which is higher grade than the first — but since Star Wars collectibles are not my wheel house, perhaps someone here can provide insight into the following:

1. What's the current ballpark value/range of a MOC VC Jawa?
2. Would it be advisable to get this AFA graded?
3. I despise eBay but that may be the best route. Would it make sense to offer it first on a Star Wars collector board such as Rebel Scum? I'm not a member though, so it may not be feasible for a newbie to drop in offering such a rare beauty.
