1986 Marchon Action Heroes Catalog

The Action Heroes by Marchon was a charming line of Superhero Knockoffs that were meant to fit in with popular 80s toy lines such as Super Powers or Secret Wars.

While a bit out of my age range, I remember them well and even bought a few to customize into other Super characters.

I totally missed these, but I would have incorporated them into the pack. By 1986 I was trying to find an aluminum manifold for my 383.

I never saw these. I definitely would have added them to my Super Powers and Secret Wars play had I seen them then. Heck, I threw in the Mighty Crusaders! These look aesthetically similar to Secret Wars. Reminds me of the new public domain line in that Kickstarter campaign.
