Anyone else remember Presto Magix?

I used to freakin love making these. They were painted backdrop scenes that you would apply rub-on transfers to make you rown customizable scenes from movies and cartoons. I had a few of the Star Wars ones and loved making my own battles. I'd like to get my hands on a few of these today and have an afternoon filled with this activity.

Had a bunch of them... mostly Marvel and Star Wars ones.

Good times with Presto Magix for younger me included the Caped Crusaders Batcave & the Hulk "Hulking it out" in the desert landscape!

The only drawback to those was you could only use them once. But yeah they were fun.

I remember those. I definitely had the Star Wars and Ewoks sets.

I remember Preto Magix very fondly. I had a few of them but all I can remember is the Batman one. They seemed to have been on one of the local retail store shelf very briefly. I wish I still had mine and I have no clue as to what happened to them.

There was a counter display full of them in the toy dept. at Ben Franklin's. I bought 'em by the gross, it seemed.

I think Brian had a display full of them for sale awhile back...

I ate these up. They were so creative, yet structured. Easy to do, and really fueled the imagination. I had the Batman Rub Ons, the Spiderman Presto Magix, and tons of Star Wars ones. Found a bunch of SW ones cheap in the '90s and bought them up. Great toy!

absolutely loved them as a kid. always tempted now to buy them, but i know i would just use them right away and as stated earlier, you can only use them once

I picked up the Lone Ranger set at a comic shop for $2.00 not that long ago still sealed. I loved these when I was younger heck I still do :-)

in the 90's there was a presto magix like cover for the return of superman issue I bouught thee just to play with the magix

I still have a slew of Presto Magixs here in my desk drawer. Some of them have not been used. I loved also combining sets. I used to combine the prehistoric set with the astronaut space set to make it appear like they were landing on some prehistoric planet

I have some Michael Jackson (80s) ones in a box somewhere. But I think they're Colorforms brand.
