    Super Sheets

Sesame Street or the Superfriends? No contest for me as I had that Superfriends pillow case (and still do), I honestly remember those smiling heroes making me happy when that would show up in it's regular rotation amidst snoopy and the fonz.

You see these sets a great deal at Toy Shows (although I think it might be a Canada only thing) and now have the whole deal for my son's room now.

I totally had those superman ones, and star wars too (not pictured).

My sister had Bambi sheets similar to that, and I had the Super Friends ones, although these weren't the ones I had. We've discussed them before, had the 5 main SF from the series, plus Flash, GL, Hawkman, and Wendy, Marvin and Wonder Dog.

Those sheets are STILL in my son's bed clothes rotation, along with GI Joe and M.A.S.K.!

Brian, you need you own section for your plaidstallions post. Not because it shouldn't be here, but because you have alot and sometimes I miss some and they reach page two before I know it.

I still have the blanket to the DC Superheroes set somewhere at my folks place. I had the Battlestar Galactica bed set. Several years ago I came across the curtains my mom made for me out of a sheet set because they did not have any to go with the set. I think I had Star Wars too. I also had the Superfriends set with awesome bedspread, Mickey Mouse and Smokey the Bear.

I had a set of superfriend sheets that had both superfriends and the legion of doom standing in groups all over the set.

I had Star Trek and later Star Wars. The Star Trek has quite bad art and it is obvious that it is based on the Promo art for the animated series (with Kirk and company running on a small planet)

That's the set I have now, and it's on my bedsheets rotation. I never had any cool sheets as a kid, 'cos Mom wasn't into that sorta thing. The sheets in the house were ones everyone used; my sister and I and Mom and Dad had double bed sheets (I shared a room and bed w/ my older sister until I was 8), and my brothers had the twin bed sheets, (which became mine when they moved out and I moved into their room.) But now I also have a SMDM blanket that's the same pattern as the bedspread and curtain set, and a Star Trek child's sleeping bag that often gets used as a blanket.

Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."

I only remember having Peanuts and the NFL as a kid. I did buy some beat up Super Jr. sheets from ebay and had my wife make me a pillow case from it. The rest of the fabric will be used for a window curtain of some sort for my toy room - someday.
