    Clear display boxes??

Ok, I've been hunting for specific sized display boxes, on-and-off for about 2 years now.
    No luck.
So, I figured I would ask here if anyone knows any good sources for clear display boxes.
I am looking to protect my Aurora Prehistoric Scenes model boxes. (and for those interested, these would also work for the Aurora Monster Scenes boxes)

The 2 main sizes I need have to have interior dimensions of
    4 1/8 x 4 1/8 x 6.5
    7.5 x 4 1/8 x 6.5

It's actually kind of frustrating, because the beanie baby boxes are almost big enough, but not quite.
And I keep finding those everywhere. I even found some listed somewhere once that were actually big enough, but they were discontinued.

Search google for doll display boxes. There are lots of varied sizes of acrylic boxes, though doubt any would fit the exact dimensions of the PS boxes. You can also have them custom made but they are expensive. I've looked into this before. They also sell these at craft stores, but again, very pricey and not an exact fit. Plan on spending as much or more per case than what you paid for the PS boxes.

If dust is the only concern a cheap alternative is to go to a packing/box store and buy a roll of clear wrapping plastic (used for moving, etc) for about $25. It's like a huge roll of Saran Wrap and you can easily wrap each box with no visible seams in the front or on the sides because the wrap is very wide.

Get a custom made, sliding bottom case from AFA. I don't use their grading services, but I buy their cases all the time. They are top notch. You can browse their in stock cases, or create your own custom case by using their templates and entering dimensions. They are awesome and I buy them for all my toys.

Thanks for the link. It's one I have looked at before. A little too steep for the quantities I'll be looking for.
At least a dozen of the first size I listed and about 21 of the second size.
After that I need to find 5 other sizes that will total another 30 boxes.

Mostly I am looking to protect the boxes from damage from moving them around, as well as dust.
Especially since I am now starting to get into buying sealed kits.
I realize I am not going to get something exact and affordable. But I am hoping to eventually stumble upon something close that is mass produced so I don't have to break the bank (and my hobby budget) just to protect some of my stuff.

You might consider calling or even dropping by (assuming they have an open door policy) this place and asking: http://www.cspgraphics.com/fabrication.html
If they can't fabricate it, they might be able to put you in touch with someone in your area who can, and you should also consider letting them know what your budget is and over what span of time. The plastics aren't cheap, but if you find a shop, particularly one that does printing and may have employees or an owner who has to wait around on jobs, yours might be a long term they'd be willing to work in over a period of time for a reduced labour fee. If you have the skill and patience, you can order the cuts and glue them into boxes yourself.

They also make very affordable acetate display cases, which would protect from dust and add some wear protection to the boxes and they are way more affordable than the rigid plastic cases. Though finding the right size would be the issue.

Didn't see any close enough to work, but yeah, something like that would work.

While looking around the site, I did stumble upon one size that has potential.

Thinking about ordering one just to see.
