if I am not mistaken here in the US we did not get StreetHawk toys, (at least I do not recall anything). Overseas got a few things including a sort of "bootleg" into the G.I.joe toy line from Funskool who made it strictly for India.

Here in the U.S. we had the Street Hawk bike made by Kenner. It's pictured in the link you provided.
I bought a couple of them, and I remember the store displays months later with tons of Street Hawk bikes left. Not a big seller.

Some other things were planned, but not released.
from the way they were talking it sounded like it was made here by Kenner but only sold overseas. Either way I def never saw that before (in the stores).

Yeah, it does read like that, but it was sold here in the U.S.
There was also in the U.S. the model kit of Jesse's yellow Mustang, along with various other cheap rack toys. I have a few of the rack toys but not all. ERTL planned a die cast toy of the bike, I even ordered it from a company called Star Tech, but was issued a refund when ERTL cancelled their plans.
