you are right, I see a few of them now (though all the same character). This particular one seems to have a bootleg Baron Karza body (normally would have said Geeg, but because of the arm shape I think they copied the Micronauts instead)

The box art and the toys themselves have a real cool look/colors. I can see spending some money to get a few of these. Likewise I also see that once you start collecting something like this it may be hard to stop, so best not to start to begin with.
