    Nightmare Warriors

Nightmare warriors are toys that I remember but was slightly too old to buy at the time. The idea of Skeleton action figures was done in the 1970s and for some unknown reason the dollar stores aren't full of these guys now. That's a crying shame, Skeleton action figures are an ever green.

Oh and they glow in the dark! Come on, this is a no brainer.

These would have been the ideal action figure for me as a kid, but I never saw them. Some of the best MOTU knockoffs I've seen. Really like that horse. Wish dollar store toys were this good now.

I like them too. I suspect finding them now is pretty hard, but I'd love to add Pancho Villa & Geronimo to my western toys!

WOW! I would have loved them back then. Add me to the list of the others in that I never heard of/saw them either

Pretty sure I posted on these, but it must have gotten lost to that parallel universe we were in sync with during the migration. Kind of like "The Tholian Web".

Anyway, I first saw these in Tomart's Action Figure Guide. I've never seen them in person, but they appear to be in that MOTU size and style that was so popular for knock-offs in the 80s.

Either way, they are definitely some of the more inventive cheap-os, and I agree, skeleton toys should never be off the racks long.

I have Spartacus, and Dave and Paul cast the head for me. The heads are Mego scale and make for cool customs. I'll try to dig them out later.
