Vintage Blue Glove... What is it, or should I say who's is it?

Not sure if this is in the correct thread, but didn't know where else to ask. I bought a box lot of AJ parts and this was in it and I have no idea who it goes to... I would assume its from the 70's but any help would be greatly appreciated... Just want to get it back to the original owner as I am sure he has a cold right hand right now...
