Hasbro Charlie's Angels variants

Never really noticed before but now that i've been looking to add a couple carded figures to the collection it appears it was not too uncommon for Hasbro to just throw whatever they had on hand onto a card . I've been surprised at the variants i have come across. At first i thought that they may have been re-seals but this one i got yesterday never appears to have been opened. So far it is the weirdest one i've seen.
