What would have been cool toys....

I remember watching Jacques Cousteau every Saturday evening back in the 70's. I always thought that it would have been cool for Kenner, Mego, or some other toy company to put out a line of Cousteau toys. Like mayby, the CALYPSO ship, with mayby the helicoptor, zodiac boat, and some figures, and make it up to scale. Make the figures mayby the same size as the Fisher Price Adventure People, or something....Just a thought. It would have been cool. Just my opinion....

As a kid I wanted to have zombies (after I saw "The Omega Man" movie).
But nobody produced any zombies before the 90's as far as I know.

Now you can find it all over the place, but back 30-35 years ago, I always wanted Speed Racer stuff.
                It's all good!

I think the #1 line I wanted as a kid that was never made had to be The Warriors.

As much as I liked Mattel's Flash Gordon action figures, I was always ticked that no one (until now) made Flash Gordon figures based on the 1980 movie.

I had a set of four Matchbox-style cars from the movie. I forget who put them out but they were pretty cool except for the "Blade Runner" logo plastered on them.

Unless Kenner made them the other companys would have been scared of being sued for making knockoff Star Wars figures

I used to want Electra Woman and Dyna Girl dolls, and Bigfoot, Wildboy and Suzie. Those would have been fun.
