Me and Steve Austin on Christmas 1975

My sister's basement flooded during the big storm a few days ago, and I've been helping dry out some of their boxes and boxes of old photos. Well, I had a pleasant surprise and found a photo I didn't know existed! It's from Christmas 1975 and pictures my great-grandmother, my sister, me (I would have been 8 years old) and my Steve Austin figure. My mom took the pic, and for some reason she favoured showing the upper reaches of the wall rather than my lower body, but hey, at least our heads weren't cut off instead (which has happened with mom's photos sometimes!). I'm stoked, I've always been envious to see all the wonderful Christmas pics posted here by you others. I'm off to find more!

Awesome picture! Just too bad that you had to go through the nasty situation in order to find it

Thanks guys! Luckily we were able to save all the photos, some are a little curled up, but no major damage. They lost a lot of stuff (the water was knee deep), but it was mostly stuff that is replaceable and luckily the insurance company will take care of it, so it will all be good in the end.
