    What toy brands you had

So what did everyone play with back then, I was born in Jan 1971 so I was just the right age for the major companies toys back then. I guess I had a little of several different brands through out the 70's and early 80's as I got older and new things came out.

    Mego
    Several of the super heroes
a few poa figures and treehouse playset
    enterprise bridge playset and spock

    Big Jim by Mattel
    Josh
    Jeff
    Jim the Wolf pack commander
The Beast, wolfpacks black truck with camper on back.

    Heroes in Action by Mattel
Had quite a few of the green army ones and blue swat.

    Marx Best of the West

    Johnny West
    Jamie West
    Sam Cobra
    Geronimo
    Pat Garret
    Covered wagon
    2 horses

    G.I. Joe
    A few adventure team figures
    footlocker
    jeep and cannon
    few adventure team sets
couple of the 8" super joe figures

    Adventure People by Fisher Price
    deep sea diver
    northwoods trailblazer
    construction workers
    mountain climbers
    motorcross race team

    Star Wars
    deathstar space station
    creature cantina
    landspeeder
    x-wing
    collectors case
    imperial attack base
    snow speeder
    taun taun
    maybe 2 dozen figures

    Empire batcopter
    Remco Batman utility belt
Lone Ranger figure by Gabriel Toys
    Six million dollar man figure
    Pulsar figure
    Stretch Armstrong
    Green Stretch monster

I'm sure there was more odd and end stuff mixed in but I'm doin good to remember that much.

        Mego
All of the POTA figures along with the fortress, treehouse playset, remote control stallion, catapult, wagon I was a BIG ape fan.

        Star Trek Mego
enterprise bridge playset with all of the basic figures. I did not have any of the hard to find aliens. What was I thinking back then? The only alien I had was the Klingon. I sure wished my parents would have bought me a bunch of Talos, Mugato's and Romulan's. I also had the phaser target game.

Even though I like them I cannot remember having any of the WGSH for the exception of Batman. I remember seeing the WGHS at the store as a kid when I went to pick out my Star Trek and POTA figures. Like the picture states only if I knew then what I know now.

Mattel Space 1999 - Moonbase alpha, CMDR Koenig, Dr. Russell, and the old dude (I cannot remember his name right now) Ohh yeah proffessor Bergman I think? I wanted the Eagle one, but for whatever reasons never got it. I can remember seeing these boxes lining the top shelf at a particular store. I just bought it myself on eBay about 4 or 5 months ago so now I have it. Although I did not originally have it as a kid.

Heroes in Action by Mattel - blue Swat Team gift pack

        Marx Best of the West

        Johnny West
        Geronimo
Butch Cavendish? I think he was from this line?

        G.I. Joe 12"
        A few adventure team figures
fuzzy red head with beard and fuzzy black head with beard
        footlocker
        jeep and cannon
some yellow amphibous looking vehicle (had 6 wheels) (the name escapes me)

        G.I. Joe 3 3/4"

Most all of the original released figures: Flash, Rock n Roll, Stalker, Grunt, Clutch, Snake Eyes, Cobra Officer, Scarlett and probably some names that I am forgetting. My cousin had what seemed like as a kid anyway ALL of the neat later G.I. Joe stuff. He had all of the big playsets and most every G.I. character made. The Aircraft carrier, The Vamp, The HQ's, The different planes and helicopters and a bunch of other vehicles I do not even know what they were now. I always went to his house to play G.I. Joes and he came to my house to play Star Wars. Then of course there was G.I. Joes vs. Star Wars. What a cool battle that was.

        Star Wars
deathstar space station, tie fighter, x-wing, m. falcon, landspeeder, snowspeeder, troop transport, chewbacca bandolier belt, original collectors case, Darth Vader collectors case. Most all of the original action figures except for a blue Snaggle Tooth. I did not have the Cantina set obviously.

Lone Ranger figure by Gabriel Toys
        Six million dollar man figure

Mattel Hot Wheels - way too many to list red lines and basic black wheels

No doubt a lot more stuff that I cannot think of right now.

Child of the 80's here, so I missed out on most Megos, although I do remember having the 3 3/4 Bo and Luke. Mainly had Masters of the Universe and then changed over to GI Joe. I still wish that my Joes hadn't gone out the door when I headed off to college.
