That Baby Alive commercial reminds me why so many girls wanted boy toys in the 70s. Boys got spacemen, aliens, monsters, cavemen and dinos with cool action features like lights and sounds. Girls got baby dolls that cried and soiled themselves, lol.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...
So....Rom was part of Action Man? That is unreal! Thanks for doing this!
Yes. We also some how got lumbered with The Gargon and Bulletman. I've managed to avoid all three as a collector on purpose as they just don't "belong". However, in the name of research I now have a bulletman. All I can say is that those US bodies were awfull compared to Palitoys dynamic bodies ( having shifted away from the original Joe tooling )

Yeah, but statistically they live longer than us so they will eventually inherit all our cool stuff. So it's a win / win for them.
These look amazing. Looking forward to seeing the old Palitoy Star Wars commercials restored. Thanks for all your hard work!
Sadly only two on these current reels. The changed ad agency in 1980 and I'm currently negotiating. However, they have no film... Just 1 inch tape Masters. Still a lit better than what's currently available
