    ID Help

I got this in a lot of toys I'd bought. He's 2 1/2" tall. On his feet it reads 1979 Marvel Comics and on the other Durham Ltd. Inc. Made in Hong Kong.
Thought someone might some info on it. Thanks!

And you're bassing this on what? A red and blue costume with a spider on it? Too easy. I guess I was asking for that Ant. Really I'd like to know if he was part of a playset or what line he might have came with. At first I thought he was a bubble gum toy but he's a little too big for that.

Whats' interesting to me is that I never would've guessed it to be from the 70s
---only because of the way its shaped---it seems like---quite modern or anime-like---
especially in the hands and feet proportions/shapes

Cool to have a 1970s Spidey toy though----congratulations on the find---
and good luck on your quest for its origins

I have that Spidey. I bought him and a companion Hulk figure at our local Dollar General store in probably 70/80. Something about his skinny build and stance reminded me of the live-action Spidey series with Nicholas Hammond.

I THINK he came on a little blister card, but my memory gets foggy there.
