Repairing my 1973 lone ranger and silver figures made by gabriel toy company

I have my original 1973 childhood Lone Ranger with Silver horse, made by GABRIEL. Here are the issues:

    SILVER HORSE:
The seams where Silver horse were put together have some nasty looking yellow streak marks. I don't know if it is glue or not, but I would really like to have them removed if possible. He's all original and has been wearing his original saddle for 40 years, but could really use a good and safe cleaning.

    LONE RANGER:
His waist and thigh leg sockets have gone completely limp. Can anyone help?

maybe a light sanding with high grit paper and buffing / polishing will get the yellow marks off silver.

Try actetone/nail polish on the streaks.

That is just the glue discoloring over the past 40 years.
