Looking for some info on this Batmobile, such as what company made it and when?

I had one as a kid in 1976. If I remember right it was bought at K-Mart

Looks a lot like the ones made by Duncan in the 70's but those I thought all had clear windshields

It's not Corgi because it looks like plastic in the picture. Based on the scale and the garishly colored Batman in the driver's seat, I would say this is the work of AHI - Azrak Hamway International. They kept discount and drugstore shelves littered with this kind of product all through the 70's. God bless them!
