    Star Bird

Star Bird was created by Milton Bradley, it's cool electronic features set it apart from the more obvious Star Wars inspired toys of the day (like this stuff). The command base practically begs you to use your star wars figures on it!

I still have my Starbird in it's box at my Mom's house. I also wasn't aware of the two smaller versions. Loved the sound effect that changed when you tilted it up or down to simulate climbing or descending.
It's not a doll it's an action figure.

I had (I actually think I still have it) the Starbird Avenger. I used to pretend it was another Battlestar Gallactica or Star Wars ship.

Awesome stuff! I've got the Star Bird, Star Bird Avenger, and Intruder all still in their boxes. The Star Bird and Star Bird Avenger are actually the same ship but with different decals. These were great toys back in the day.

Those look like they'd fit in nicely with the Buck Rogers stuff.

"Intruder"... Just a thought is that really something you want to write on the outside of your ship? I mean if your a "Bad guy" wouldn't you want to throw them off.

What about "Friendly Tourist" or "Just passing through"
Lo there do I see my Father.
Lo there do I see my Mother and my Sisters and my Brothers.
Lo there do I see the line of my people back to the begining.
                  Lo they do call me.
They bid me take my place among them.
