those Super 7 Alien figures

for those of you turned off by Super 7"s "only at the SCC convention" pre-order crap, Amok time has a pre-order up for them as well which lets you place it now:

I think the best way to get these is to order from Super 7, the manufacturer, when it goes up for pre-order this week. They did the early bird kit at SDCC, regular pre orders have been scheduled for a while, Amok time is just trying to steal some heat.

They'll ship long before Amok time or any other third party retailer.

Yeah, I'm planning on ordering direct from Super 7. But I do wish I could have gotten an early bird kit, those were sweet.

Hey Brian, I posted the link mainly because the last few times I was at the Super 7 site there was no spot for you to actually pre-order, it just kept saying coming soon, so I saw that link on amok and made the post-

No worries man, I got a couple notices last week about August 1st being the pre-order date. Not sure why but there you have it. I talked about it on the PS facebook page but not here.

My cousin was able to go to sdcc this year and he was able to score a set of the prototype figures for me (which are amazing and beautiful, btw!)... anyway, they were sold out of them on the preview night before general admission was allowed in. You would think they would have allocated a certain amount per day or something like that...if it wasn't for my cousins press pass, he wouldn't have had a snowballs chance in getting it without spending anywhere from $100-$200 from the vendors there....
