Rebuilt my first Super Joe Luminos

Just got done rebuilding my first Luminos figure. I picked him up awhile back in pieces & rebuilt him using elastic & my own homemade method. He is going to our very own Saroyan in trade, I think he will make a great addition to his collection. I am very proud of him.
    Thanks for looking.

This is what he looked like when I got him:

    Here is the finished product:

Working on a Shield now. Hope to have him done shortly.

Erm, looks great... but the hands are on backwards, right?

They are adjustable and pop in and out but I think you are correct. Didn't notice that when I took the pic. I believe he is going to be changing them after he receives it so it may not matter.

Yeah, I figured it wouldn't be a big deal to change... it just all looked so good, you made me question if the hands were supposed to be like that (to make it look more "alien" or something).

Thanks for all the comments and compliments. I'm hoping to get my hands on a couple more of these guys in the near future. They look cool and were fun to put together. It's a learning experience everytime I rebuild one.

Looks great and glad you are able to get these guys "back on the road"!

Do you need any Luminos parts? I have an extra shoulder and legs from the knee down.

Oh man, he looks totally cool! I like the silver hands, but I would like to see it with the clear hands from BBP's Phantom Limb.

Did you crack the arms and legs yourself, or did you get the figure that way?

The figure came that way. When I rebuild a figure I never crack it apart, I'm always afraid something will get destroyed that way. I have to say that it being apart did make it a bit easier to attach the legs to the groin area but unless I get the figure that way I will stick with my current method.

He doesn't. They just need switched. They are on the wrong arms.

I think that head, cast and put on a Phantom Limb body would be cool.
It's not a doll it's an action figure.
