Just found an awesome bit of my childhood...

So I was digging in some boxes in my basement and found these....

These were 2 of the first "comic books" I owned and was my introduction to Spiderman....man I loved these things and used to play the records all the time. Anyone else have any of these?

I listen to both of those! I don't think I had them, but they were at a day-care my parents used.

Plenty of people here collect 'em! I buy the DC ones.

          Those are great!

When I was a little boy, I had at least two of those very over sized Spider-Man comics. I loved those. Additionally, I had those small but thick paperback Batman books (a well known company printed them). Those were favorites, as well.

I don't have those exact ones, but I have a collection of over 50 Power/Peter records. Some have books, some don't. Some are albums, some are 45s, some are little LPs.

I have given serious thought to bringing some to the meet just to play.

Spectacular! Power Records had an awesome range of titles available.
Had a few of them as a kid, in both LP and 7" formats. I put a bunch of them on my MP3 player a while back.

Those are great! Nice find! I too grew up listening to the Power Records collection. I've got Conan, Hulk and the Fantastic Four. I really love the old school form of entertainment. Nothing brings out the kid in me more. Thanks for sharing!

GREAT STUFF! Especially the Man-Wolf story. I have those and a BUNCH more in MP3 format. I listen to them without the books all the time. Memories!
