Butch and Sundance unknown variation? or just a mistake.....

Hey, while we're on the subject of the Butch and Sundance line, I picked up a pair of the figures from the Mint Wagon over the weekend at a flea market....when I compared the kneeling one to the one I have, I noticed his tie was painted yellow whereas the one I already owned is unpainted....anyone who has this set, whats yours like, painted or unpainted?
