    1974 APC Puzzle Catalog

Who didn't love Puzzles in a can? American Publishing Corporation sure knew what kids liked in 1974, their collection included the DC comics Superheroes, Universal Monsters, Dinosaurs even the Lone Ranger himself!

Check out the cool Puzzle displays here

This one's a little light this week, I've been battling the flu lately but next week I have a cool surprise with the first episode of our shiny new podcast.

I have a Bionic Woman APC puzzle in a can. I've never assembled it though. One day though...

'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."

Man, I would LOVE to have that Batman display! Adams uptop, Infantino and Anderson below. That's like the essential Batman, right there. I actually have that Batman and Robin poster in the can right now.

APC got a lot of mileage out of Batman #251, "The Joker's 5-Way Revenge". Not only is the canned Adams puzzle image lifted from it, the square boxed one has scenes from it as well.

The Lone Ranger puzzles look really cool. Neat how they used real photos on those.

The Universal puzzles are nice as well, but that Wolfman has always looked kind of strange to me.

Seems like all the cool stuff came out in the mid-seventies when I was to young...

I would take one of each. Love that Batman image.

They are pricey when they turn up. What do you have to have?
