How rare are the little ideal justice league fig's? Like Aquaman?
Looking for Green Arrow accessories, Doctor Who Sonic Screwdriver, and Japanese Popy Megos (Battle Cossack and France, Battle of the Planets, Kamen Rider, Ultraman) and World Heroes figures
I've never heard of these , (I didn't even know Ideal made mini superheroes), and it looks like the seller never even heard of Aquaman. If it's as valuable as you say it is, boy did you luck out!
"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."
They are rare, so it is no surprise that most collectors don't know they exist.
I love them because the villains they chose were amazingly obscure! Instead of Luthor, Manta, Brainiac, or Despero, we got The Key, Kaltor, Brainstorm, Mouseman, and for some reason.....Johnny Thunder's Thunderbolt!

Jeez, Damien, that was one HELLUVA score! Aquaman with his knife is just about unheard of. It and Wonder Woman's ring of fire are almost always gone.
I currently have Aquaman (no knife) Wonder Woman (no ring) and two Robins. I just got another Robin in with a cape, finally. The capes are often missing on Batman, Robin and Superman.
The Justice League playset that saw limited release is perhaps the most valued super hero toy of all time. Only a very few are known to exist, and when they have sold, it's been for astronomical amounts.

I think someone at Ideal must have looked through JLA #37-38 (Aug-Sept, 1965), where the evil Johnny Thunder of Earth-One takes control of the Thunderbolt and has him battle the JLA and JSA.
Could be. Just recently added Keyman/The Key to my collection.
Looking for a Brainstorm.

does the JLA set come with painted or unpainted? cause I see a lot of unpainted Jokers, Robins and Batman's?
My understanding is, the heroes were always painted, except in the Batman 3-pack that had Batman, Robin and Joker. None of the villains were ever factory painted, even in the gift sets.
It seems the Batman unpainted set is a lot more common. I've seen several carded examples on ebay recently.
