Hey! Lulu like brand names! She's got great taste! So none of these companies cared that they names were on these cans and boxes?
"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."
Tubby is going to be honked off to know Lulu bought mostly healthy foods. He'll scarf down the Chunky soup, vanilla wafers and Freakies and leave the rest.
The scale (or lack thereof) is what cracks me up with these. Are they gigantic cans or teeny tiny boxes? LOL
The "each can with removable cap" is a nice added play value though. However, I wonder how many kids put real food in them and then forgot all about it until it got all nasty and gross.
And I was thinking the same thing as HardyGirl about the brand names and use of actual packaging artwork. I wonder if Del Monte, Campbell's, et al. paid to have their products featured or if they just didn't care and figured it was free advertising.
My seven year old is all about getting the groceries, these days. He would love a modern day version of this. I would think the companies would get a small stipend, but then think brand recognition.
