Topo Gigio Italian Mouse tin toy...

Is anyone familiar with this toy? I can manually turn the wheel on bottom to wind the car, but how is is supposed to be wound? There is no key hole. It has really cool action and movement, but how was it intended to be wound-up?

Looks like it hand cranks on the bottom there. Nice piece. I come across the rubber ones all the time. Never seen this one though. Still has a lot of followers, I always sell the rubber ones if there in good shape, whenever I can find them.
It's not a doll it's an action figure.

Thanks for the reply! It's a really cool toy. It has great movements. I'm sure it made people happy about 50 years ago. His arms and hands move as the car goes round and round...

If any collectors know the exact era or value, it would be appreciated.

      thanks in advance.
