    Jigsaw Monsters

Although I've never owned any of these APC Monster Puzzles but I'd love to discover this display in the back of a drug store one day...

The display box is really nice.
If a Mego figure of God did not exist, it would be necessary for EMCE to invent him.

            Neat!

I remember those, too! The variety store on the corner had them; as well as the puzzles in the coffin shaped boxes. We had a lot of weird, mom & pop variety stores like that. (I got a bunch of old Aurora kits at another one back in the day.)

I don't think I've ever seen those before. Cool.

I understand the Wolfman art was issued as a poster as well? A cool image, but it looks a bit odd for the Universal Wolfman.

I'd like to see the Drac and Frank up close. Frank looks very Karloffy from here.

The wolfman always got some liberal treatment when it came to Merch art.

^Yeah, including mixing Chaney's Talbot/Wolfman with Oliver Reed's Curse of the Werewolf Leon. The ripped flouncy shirt even looks more like Reed than Chaney.

I'd like to see the images on those Superman/Batman and Joker puzzles. I've got a puzzle-in-the-can with the classic Infantino/Anderson Batman and Robin rooftop image.

Cool, I don't recall those monster puzzles, the only ones I remember having are the 60's Jaymar ones that were passed down to me from my uncle. I loved those ones and would like to reaquire them, but they're really spendy these days.

I've got the wolfman and Frankie, think I paid $3 each at a flea not so long ago. I put them together to make sure I had all the pieces before I listed them on ebay, but could never bring myself to part with them. I'll see if I can dig up the pics.
