    Help Me

Please help me identiy a toy that came out in the early to mid 70's. It was a fuzzy worm like thing on a string, and you could pull it, and it would crawl. It was about mayby 5 inces long, and I think it was orange in color. It came out about the time the Evel Knievel stunt cycle was out, because I remember my mom surprizing me with the Evel Knievel stunt cycle one day, and also this little creature....

Can't find a picture but if it was an invisible thread and you could weave it through your fingers and pull so the fuzzy worm looked like it was moving on its own I think they were called Squigglees.

I remember those, I had one, but I don't remember them being called Squirmles, perhaps they marketed them here under a different name?

My dad sold those for a brief while when he got into the vending business.

I had some of those too. You'd tie the end of the string to a button on your shirt and move the worm with your hands. Hadn't thought about those in years.
