    Remote Controlled Blah!

Miner (who seemed to have bought Multiple Toys) released these remote controlled inflatable figures in 1980 and what a super team up! Mickey Mouse, Dracula, The Incredible Hulk and a Shogun Warrior looking robot. It's a child's version of the league of extraordinary gentlemen!

I remember not being particularly swayed by these as a nine year old but now? I think they're awesome! Funny how that works....

I never had any of these, but would have loved that Hulk one.

That Hulk looks different than other versions I've seen before.

I hope the kid that owned Drac didn't play vampire hunter too realistically. One pointy stake in his heart and POOF!

          Hmmmm....

The Space Marauder looks a lot like a little bendy robot guy from back in the day. Coincidence?

Probably not, so much incest back then.

I have the commercial for this somewhere.
"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."

Sorry, Brian, but it's on video, and I don't have a way to upload it.

Are these in scale to the kid? also, I recall an inflatable robot "butler", anybody know the name? Servatron?

I think Radio Shack knocked off this concept and sold that butler.

I've mentioned this before, but I had a robot like this (although it was much different, visually). It was pretty neat, but I had more fun just playing with the giant inflatable robot and using him as a bop bag and throwing him around the house/yard.

There's the Radio Shack one, and I found this one as well

and I think this is the one I was thinking of
