Ohhh, I know what Shannon had and yeah, it likely would have raised questions.

Yeah!, I also just received mine as well... I'll echo the comments about the quality of design, photography and his collection. This is an enjoyable reference book that is also entertaining and 200+ pages deep with content. Must have addition to horror libraries and collectible fans of the genre alike.Comment

I got my copy and it is spectacular. The pictures and insight are great. Definately one of my new favorite books.

Got the book today--it's pretty awesome! Haven't really dug in too deep, but this thing looks great!
I'm surprised nobody mentioned the lack of Mego. Hahaha. Tomlands, Lincolns and AHIs and even Remcos all get the nod in the 70's section but no Mego monsters. Sometimes I think just Mego heads dig the monsters: all the monster guys seem to gravitate towards AHI and Lincoln.
Anyway, pretty keen book, I must say!Comment

I wrote my mini review in the initial thread in the monster movies section. I forgot about this one!
http://www.amazon.ca/Much-Horror-Business-Kirk-Hammett/dp/0810996596 I've heard for years the guy has a legendary collection of toys, hell some dealers have threatened me with him! "If you don't want it, I know Kirk Hammett will buy it" So, needless to say, I'm looking forward to this one.
But I had to posterity, say that this book is fantastic, and thanks to you Brian for really putting it over for me. After your glowing review, I had to get it. The kids sat on the couch looking over my shoulder at it last night. Good times.
