    Some Sesame Street Toy Love

You can't go wrong with a whole page of Sesame Street goodness like this 1978 Eatons Circular has. I still have my Fisher Price clubhouse and my kids use it every day. I do however find the Bert and Ernie Puppets on this page slightly disturbing.

I used to have the old Clubhouse myself. It's really interesting to see everything that originally came with it (that wound up lost).

I think I had the chalkboard, too, but can't remember for sure.

Our church had the Oscar-in-the-can down in the nursery. Even when I was too old to be playing with it, I still did!

I had hard rubber Bert and Ernie puppets. They looked like the real deal, except they weren't felt. Those pictured here looks like what a modern "reimagining" of Sesame Street may look like. Brrrr....

I had a Grover puppet when I was a kid. Now I have a vintage talking Cookie Monster puppet. It's amazing how often guests go straight for him, not even seeing the myriad of action figures around him

Gotta love those Ernie and Bert puppets, I'm pretty sure that was from the "Ernie and Bert discover hardcore punk rock" era Checkout that sweet mohawk Bert is sportin'!
