    That is a great story. I KNOW I wouldn't have been so reasonable about losing my toys. I would have had the unrealistic expectations that somehow, in the middle of nowhere, my mom should have been able to clean them off.

    BTW, I love the Imposter VW. I've always meant to try and pick one up.
    WANTED - Solid-Boxed WGSH's, C.8 or better.

      I can relate to your fondness of the Model kits (Not the barfing though). I remember when I was young. My Dad's Men's club (The Moose) would have a Christmas gift givaway for the members children. It was when I was 12 and the last year I was eligible to participate in the givaway. Normally the toys involved were nothing to get excited about. Until I looked on a far table. There was the Aurora Batman Model!!! As I reached for this awesome find. A club member asked my age. Twelve I answered. At which point he tossed a cheap vynil football at me and wished me a Happy Christmas.
