I don't mind the show, he always seems to get something wrong (like when he was buying "loose" Marx Monsters) but i think it'll mostly inspire folks to dig through their attics. I haven't seen one value he's put on that I thought was crazy or out of line.

I have been kind of surprised by some of the stuff they show on screen that he doesn't jump on. There were a lot of other things in that guy's Superman collection I would have went after before the puppet and the stuffed Knickerbocker figure. Nice to see the Comic Action Batman up close in that segment.

It's like with any other show like this. I only watch to see what he digs up. Couldn't care less what it sells for. Although I did get a chuckle last night when all of his stuff fell short.

^Seems a bit odd that he wouldn't have a smartphone, tablet or SOMETHING to look up prices online before offering money. Of course, maybe he has to lose a bit to create drama for the show.

I happen to like it. I loved to see the toys on TV. You never see this stuff on TV.

..I even have those two boxed G-Force action figures shown on the show,..are they worth anything? I might sell mines too along with rare blue haired Princess.

I swear I'd seen one of them on the shelf at Fat Jacks Comics in Philly.
If a Mego figure of God did not exist, it would be necessary for EMCE to invent him.

Did anyone watch the new one?

This guy is showcasing a lot of crap, in my opinion.

I think he overpaid for that Shogun Warriors Godzilla too. $80 with a broken lever. No room for profit there.

-----^ seems like he's totally overpaying for crap.
He paid $15 for that 1971 Battleship game, saying he was hoping to flip it for $40. I have that EXACT same edition in perfect condition, and I can't even clear $10 on it (so I'm keeping it). That game's not even getting any bids for $13 total right now on ebay.

Oh wait, he doesn't sell on ebay.

I saw a Lite Brite like the one he bought (and that me and my sister had as kids) at an estate sale a few years ago. I passed on it, I thought they had no value.

---^ They don't. Again on ebay (dirty word!!) there's at least 3 vintage units with 0 bids for $13-$15 total (including shipping).
I guess they need some drama for the show.

He also inaccurately stated that George Barris designed the General Lee, something that Barris' claims but is 100% untrue. He had nothing to do with it.

That being said, I enjoy the show. i am from Jersey and know he is not "Darkseed" that drove my son nuts!
