I don't mind the show, he always seems to get something wrong (like when he was buying "loose" Marx Monsters) but i think it'll mostly inspire folks to dig through their attics. I haven't seen one value he's put on that I thought was crazy or out of line.

I have been kind of surprised by some of the stuff they show on screen that he doesn't jump on. There were a lot of other things in that guy's Superman collection I would have went after before the puppet and the stuffed Knickerbocker figure. Nice to see the Comic Action Batman up close in that segment.

I happen to like it. I loved to see the toys on TV. You never see this stuff on TV.
-IanRampart, this is Squad 51. How do you read?Comment

-----^ seems like he's totally overpaying for crap.
He paid $15 for that 1971 Battleship game, saying he was hoping to flip it for $40. I have that EXACT same edition in perfect condition, and I can't even clear $10 on it (so I'm keeping it). That game's not even getting any bids for $13 total right now on ebay.
Oh wait, he doesn't sell on ebay.Comment

---^ They don't. Again on ebay (dirty word!!) there's at least 3 vintage units with 0 bids for $13-$15 total (including shipping).
I guess they need some drama for the show.Comment

He also inaccurately stated that George Barris designed the General Lee, something that Barris' claims but is 100% untrue. He had nothing to do with it.
That being said, I enjoy the show. i am from Jersey and know he is not "Darkseed"that drove my son nuts!
