That's awesome news, and I'll definitely buy one. Is it a Plaid Stallions book? What I mean is will you call it "Plaid Stallions presents...Rack Toys" or something to set yourself up for a series?

That's great Brian, can't wait to read the book. This is a toy topic that hasn't really been documented much so far, so this will really be interesting to see.

I'm very much hoping to attend the Toronto toy show this year too (missed it last year). I haven't been to a show in awhile, and I kinda miss it, my son wants to go too.

Put me down for one. I might have to seek out an autograph.

Glad to see you getting closer on this one. I will definitely pick one or two up. Hopefully you're able to get at some of the info behind many of these wonderful things.

                      Super idea!

I am slowly coming out of ....the toy closet!

I have been a diecast collector for the last 5 years and some of my favorites have been the off-brand stuff- Of course I love Hot Wheels, Johnny Lightning- but it's the cheesy graphics of a Zee or Zylmex car or one of the even cheaper knock-offs that have no manufacture on the base.

I will definitely buy your book when it comes out!

Let me know if want any pictures of cheap and cheesy off brand diecast- I know I have a few.

Thank you for all the kind words and emails, seriously it means a lot. I am deeply into this thing right now so I may not be around much for the remainder of the year.

I would like to add if you have something odd, obscure or kind of hilarious you think would make for a good addition please email me. I have certain sections mapped out, others need help.
