Countdown to Halloween 2011

It's that magical time of year again when a consortium of blogs gather to celebrate my favourite holiday, Halloween! For the third (or is it fourth, I can't remember) straight year Plaidstallions will be taking part in the annual Countdown to Halloween along with cool pop culture blogs too numerous to list, here (but you can see it here)

Look for horror themed posts all month long including vintage Halloween costumes, new catalogs and some old favourites. I hope to even drone on about some of my favourite UHF monster movies.

My kids and I set up a Mego like monster display, put together King Ghidora and Rodan models for our dining room table, and went to our first haunted house last night. It's going to be a great month!

Always love the PS coverage. Our house is decked out with the new addition of a 12' tall Frankenstein in the front yard! Me and the boy have already watched The Wolfman and the Monster Squad with more to follow.
