Wizard of Oz (50th Anniversary toy edition)

Anyone know any details about the 50th Anniversary Wizard of Oz box set? I recently won a box set off of eBay and was I curious how these differ from the Mego versions--besides the absence of a Wizard of Oz figure.

Those are 12 inch fashion dolls.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

Rats. For some reason I was under the impression they were 8" scale and just facsimiles of the Mego ones.

My older sister briefly collected WOZ stuff. She was 22 in 1989, and she got all of the dolls, and the small figures too. They were pretty neat for the time. Most of the mass market merchandise since then have been in the Barbie line.
