Price Check! Marx Gorilla and WWF Toy Box

Hey y'all--was out junk shopping today and came home with a few things:

Found this mint in box Marx Wind Up Gorilla. Toy and box are pristine--doesn't seem to have seen much play use at all. Anybody clock these on eBay over the years? I was able to snag a little info via google search but was curious if any monster experts know the consistent going rate--especially considering condition...





Also, this one's for toys2cool--anybody care about this WWF Toy Chest? Found it at a thrift and couldn't pass it up!

I haven't seen any prices recently, and I could be wrong, but I think that Marx Gorilla used to be a kind of big deal. Considering the great condition, I'm guessing it would go for pretty good bucks. Nice grab!

I don't have current prices on the Marx gorilla, but $300 is a lowest end I would think and, if that's not a reproduction box, I would think you might be able to reach a multiple of ten beyond that. I'll do some more digging, but great score! Please let me know if you decide to sell it.

Thanks, Shannon. Y'know I was worried about the box being repro--but I'm pretty sure it's the real deal. I've never handled one before so I'm not 100% sure--but it seems vintage to me. Here's a few more pictures:
