That's a great question... In the end we had to do as requested by the license holder (i.e. Dr. Eville), seems they got around that roadblock once they got Marvel on board

I hope he does come w/ the evil eye accessory. I will probably buy this one. But unless I sell my other one, (got him as the Green Hornet, so that's not likely), I don't think I'll be getting another Cap figure. But I like the CAW version too.

Yup Austin Powers is the reason they made us change it... I guess Marvel has more pull
