I was gonna guess Spanky McSilverlizardhands.
It's not a doll it's an action figure.

Comandante Astronave. Ha, I love their titles... Hombre Verde.

I'd really like to collect the space Madelmen. The alien android looking guy is everything I like about foreign toys. Great box graphics too. However, I rarely see them, and they can be pretty pricey. Also almost always being shipped from Europe, naturally.

I hear you, the one I get all shaky in the knees for is Falcon from Brazil but they almost never appear.

Now that you mention the Brazilian Joe's, there was a website that somebody here linked too a few years back that had like 20 different figures. Some were very android-y looking and one guy had like a tank body but human upper body. Does it ring any bells? I haven't been able to find that website and it's driving me crazy. They were definitely Brazilian/south Americian GI Joe's in the 12" or Super Joe size.

Jeez, how cool is Torak?!?! I remember in the '90s, Estrella used his head for a 12-inch Destro knock-off, but the whole figure is awesome!

                        I suppose these are super-scarce?
