      It's a shame they haven't re-released those versions. I think they would be a huge hit. Of course as hyper as kids are today, they wouldn't last long.

              Great commercial. Of course, I love Stretch Armstrong and would love to own one, but I don't think I could ever pay the going rate--it's not that I'm cheap--it's just that I'd be a little nervous to pay so much for a toy that is essentially rotting.....

                I remember having a a Stretch Armstrong as a little kid. I always liked to pretend he was actually Mr. Fantastic.

                The goo inside him smelled kinda funky, though, as one day a friend of mine and I decided to dissect poor Mr. Armstrong.

                Suffice it to say, he never stretched again....
