Man! I cannot remember the name of this game! My brother and I used to play it all the time. He's drawing a blank as well.
It was one of those mini OGRE - GEV - Illuminati type of games from the early 80's by Steve Jackson (Only I checked the SJ Wiki and it wasn't one of his). Had little cardboard tokens of NOrse god characters Fenris, and Freyr and Freyja etc. A small foldable hex map of Asgard and the object was to lay your tokens and using dice protect the rainbow bridge from enemies ( I guess it was Loki).
