    Star Wars based on novelty 70's figurines





    Were the little statuettes that these are based on any particular kind of brand? I always thought these little things were kind of generic novelty items.

          Ineed! You can still find them fairly cheaply at thrift stores. The thing with those neo-Star Wars figurines is they don’t have the plastic insert eyes like the vintage ones.

                  I can't believe that LucasFilm will OK this sort of stuff, but we don't have 1:9 scale cloth figures. crazy
