looking for a model kit series early 70's

that had large vac-u-form dioramas.
the V-2 and the sherman are ones i remember.came with a host of extras
its not the matchbox they were large dioramas that fill the box

These are from the 80's, but did contain a vac formed base that filled the box. The Esci diorama series. These may not be the ones you are looking for, as there is no V-2 in the series. The battle of Anzio set contains a Sherman.
