Coolness. I've never seen that before. I'm guessing she's tall enough to hang out with shogun warriors!

My mego spider man is my fave from when I was a kid.

I'd have to go with my 64 GI Joe Action Soldier.

There were three for me (not counting Mego)..The mattel line of cartoon and early television pull string puppets, Mattel's Major Matt Mason, and Ideal's Captain Action. The I have my original Mr. Ed, I located a beat up Major Matt Mason, and I only have the Playing Mantis Captain Action. But here they are:

These along with my GI Joes were my favorites!!

                  For me, it's a toss-up between Marx's Geronimo or Kenner's large-sized Luke Skywalker.

Growing up in Belgium, we had little SW stuff being sold. From the 12 inch line, we only had Luke and Leia.
Aaah, the many hours I spent brushing her hair...ahum...

What I really wanted were the cool ones, like Vader.

We went on vacation to Wales, and in a little store I found the whole line!
From my allowance I managed to buy Darth, and man, I was over the moon. I'd never get rid of my Darth, even though he's far from rare...

I aways go back to Maskatron from the SMDM line. Hard to beat the 'play value' of that one. I have a boxed on in great condition and a loose one that, while he needs a little help, still intrigues my 11 year old.

For sheer play value, it's really hard to beat Evel Kneivel's stunt cycle. My kids still love to get out the Playing Mantis reissue and fire it up.

Shuttlecrafts from the Playmates/Galoob Trek lines.., I typically don't even put the stickers on.

Great for display in my office at work, and great for taking with me on trips to put in my hotel room.

Speaking of trips, I've got my Marvel Universe Goliath (shout out to Morris again, thank you Sir..) and my Marvel Legends YellowJacket with me on my military travels this week. Great for having out in my private room at night while watching my DVDs.

As for favorite toy growing up, per other comments here.., my C/A Action Boy.

Loved the big guy (Captain Action), but I was gobsmacked when I got his hip sidekick back in 1968 (love that campy beret and 'Will Robinson' go-go boots..), along with his Aqualad set. Not sure why I got that over the Robin set, but didn't care at that point.

I think boba fett is the best in the Star Wars 12 inches line. The "Fett Vision "(the little hole in his head you can look through)is a great detail.

So many great ones mentioned here, it just emphasizes how hard it is to just choose one favourite.

The first thing that sprang to my mind was Raydeen from Mattel's 24" Shogun Warriors. I had lots of fantastic toys as a kid but I just remember that one really blowing my mind at the time, and I still love it.
