Regarding the "flat bed", I could be wrong but to me it looks like maybe it's a vehicle missing its body? You can see holes on the side of that chassis where pegs are supposed to fit in for something. Plus it seems odd that they'd make something that looks like that and call it a trailer, as it's not very functional and doesn't make sense (a four wheeled trailer, as opposed to a more logical -and cheaper- two wheeled one, that has those big wheel wells?).
Anyway, whatever it is, cool find.

Good point but the large irwin vehicles were Blow molded ,made from a single BLANK
and with sometimes parts added IE: seat Module ,I seen anti-aircraft trailers that look just like that, It might of been an Irwin made Artillary piece or search light. Irwin did do a 2 wheel cargo trailer that looks like the hard plastic hasbro version.
