As far as figures that I enjoyed DURING the '90's...FAMOUS COVERS! The DC 9 inch figures were nicer (hard to admit), but they didn't catch my imagination the way the FC's did. They were the second coming of Mego as far as I was concerned. I look at the RETRO ACTION in the same way. They also led me into customizing which has been a hoot. The 9 inch star treks were super-nice, but they weren't on my radar then.

Batman: The Animated Series figures were amazing. Anything animated style. Those Sideshow monsters were cool.

I liked Playmates classic StarTrek & esp. Batman:TAS.

The re-introduction of the British 12-inch Action Man was also cool--those first few waves were terrific!!!

Animated Batman figures...The first few series. When they got to Bane you could see the quality start to go. I just wish that Kenner would have done more villains. We could have done without Arctic Blast Batman and a few others that they came out with. Also liked the Ultraforce Line....It's a shame they never got to the Prototyped Lord Pumpkin line. I was so looking forward to have a Rune and Lord Pumpkin in my collection. Ghoul and Topaz were probably the best figures in the line.

    BTAS were perfect.

FP Rescue Heroes were unique, game changing, and a big part of my son's childhood -- although they only appear right at the end of the 90s.

Yes, I'd say that would be my 2nd favorite.. LOVE all the shuttlecraft vehicles.

My ONLY wish was that their Next Gen 3 3/4" figs like would have had more 'leg' articulation, like the Voyager figures.., so at least they could 'sit' decently, not bow-legged.

You should probably ask a moderator and not hijack a thread that wasn't even here yesterday. For the record, absolutely no comments by you were edited, deleted or removed by staff here.

I personally loved the Toybiz smaller FF line.. I couldn't believe they were doing characters like Triton, Wizard, Blastaar, Medusa, you name it..

spawn- the 90s was dominated by mcfarlane toys for me, they hardly seem to make anything anymore which is a real shame but the heyday of monsters and manga spawn etc were good times- and some great figures- such a shame hes decided to concentrate on non posable hockey players and all the decent sci fi stuff seems to get cancelled.

-and i will never forget you cancelled the metal head figure for guitar hero, todd!!!!

Nightmare before Xmas toys from Hasbro were 90's and they are some of my faves.
There was an Addams family line from the 90's as well that was pretty cool.
    Kenner Swamp Thing.
