That makes total sense! I've always seen him listed as Cheetah, but it was obvious he was based on Nkima. Once again, the Museum crew comes through with good intel.

Yeah, I saw the set on Ebay a few years ago. I was too old for Weebles when they came out, but I want those!

Same here! I was bidding on a set about three months ago and let it go when they hit $25 a piece. I'm too cheap for that!

My sister and I mocked them when we were kids in the 1970s with "Weebles wobble, they don't fall down unless you push them down a well". Yes, we had a few of them even though we were preferred Little People.

I loved Weebles!! My favorite set that I had was the Mickey Mouse Club clubhouse set. However, I remember being really bothered by the fact that the boy Mouseketeer weeble's name was "Billy" because there was no Mouseketeer Billy on the show. I actually "hated" him because he was "fake." Isn't it funny the way our minds work when we're kids? LOL!

I also used to get very annoyed when kids (and grown ups) would call them "Weeble Wobbles" instead of just "Weebles."

I had the Weebles Tree House and the tub sub. Both were a lot of fun to play with. I used the tree house for years for other action figures once I had outgrown weebles. It made a great Wookiee house and an awesome GI Joe tree fort.
