I have the majority of my stuff on shelves in my office/toy room, so I'm looking at my collection every day. It's my favourite room in our house, I'm probably in there more than I should be.

I look at them everyday. I have my collection divided in to two rooms. The one room, everything is neat and organized, the other is currently in complete disarray. The messy room contains the toys I still fiddle with from time to time and I just leave them on my computer desk and sometimes the floor.

That sounds a lot like my place. It's basically the first floor of a house, but it's considered a 2 bedroom apartment. The living room/den has some of our nicer stuff - DC Direct, DC 13", Sideshow Star Wars, my DC WGSH - I'd like room to display my Marvel and Dinah Mites, but it will take more rearranging to do that. Plus we have our books and cds out here. Then there's "our toy room." It's basically a big mess. We have a wall of longboxes, boxes of stuff we don't have room to display, seasonal appliances, holiday decorations. Like I said, a big mess. I've been going around, picking a box to go through, and deciding whether to keep, sell, Freecycle, or trash the contents. I've definitely cleared out some space between selling and donating, but there's still a long way to go. We did manage to set up 3 shelves for Marvel WGSH, Dinah Mite, and a few other favorites.
I see my collection every day, and there are some of my customs that I'm very proud of, so I do take the time to take a good look before I leave the house.
Hey! Where's the waiter with the water for my daughter?

          Check out my customs!

I just have a few items out, but the Mrs and I usually agree on what to display. I'm actually reboarding all my bronze/silver comics over the last week for relaxation and keeping an eye on what I can get rid of for more spending cash.

I see more of it when I'm kitbashing, but that only comes every so often..

I have two display cases in the living room, so I pass them constantly, taking time to check them out and maybe adjust a figure.
I have a toyroom with about 14 display cases, and I've recently moved, so I'm still getting everything out of boxes, cleaning them, and making "the perfect" display.
If I can't display my stuff, it has little meaning to me. I need to see it almost every day, or it loses its appeal.

I know a Vegas collector who has two storage garages full of MIB SW. Everything is in boxes, and he just looks at the list of stuff he has.
Hey, I'm cool with that, it's his way of collecting, but it's definitely not mine...
